FREE Introductory Class 3/13/12

I'm offering a free introductory class, limited to 6 students* on Tuesday March 13th from 6:30-8:30pm. The class is for students new or relatively new to the Alexander Technique. We will discuss fundamental principles of the AT and apply them to activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and speaking. Every student will have the benefit of hands-on work. (*Students who pre-register for and attend the Introductory Class will have the option to sign up for private lessons at a discounted price.)
