My name is Rebecca Brooks and I'm a nationally certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, based in New York City. I am currently on faculty at Balance Arts Center, Movement Research, St. Margaret's House, and NYU Tisch. I maintain a private teaching practice in Manhattan and in Brooklyn.
